　　I think people who are busy in work should have the hobby of doing sports regularly because it can help people keep healthy and get more energetic. Last winter I was always suffering from the pain of my spine and my waist. I couldn’t even walk properly for some days just because of the pain. After the doctor diagnosed it, I also realized that it was just because that I had not moved the leg whenever there was time for me to rest since I was quite busy during work and had huge amount of pressure. After the attack of the terrible disease I followed the doctor’s advice and went jogging every day for about one hour. Two months later, I totally got rid of the disease and am still pretty healthy till now thanks to the regular exercise.
