Thus, those whodo not possess the product will feel left out and excluded from their socialcircle due to the fact that they cannot participate in activities involving useof the product. In that sense, advertisers must take care not to manipulate theemotions of children, making them believe that they are somehow inferior totheir peers for not owning this popular product.

　　In conclusion, it is necessary for advertisersto target children in order to benefit the wider economy, but such targetingmust be done in a responsible way so as not to negatively impact uponchildren’s emotions.
