　　The first potential location (S1) is outside the town itself, and is sited just off the main road to the town of Hindon, lying 12 Kms to the northwest. This is in the countryside and so it would be able to accommodate a great number of cars. This would make it accessible to shoppers from both Hindon and Garlsdon who could travel by car. As it is also close to the railway line linking the two towns to Cransdon (25 km to the south-east), a potential numerous shoppers would also be able to travel by train.

　　In contrast, the suggested location, S2, is right in the town centre, which would be good for local residents. Theoretically, the store could be accessed by road or rail from the surrounding towns, including Bransdon, but as the central area is a no-traffic zone, cars would be unable to park and access would be difficult.

　　Overall, neither site is appropriate for all the towns, but for customers in Cransdon, Hindon and Garlsdon, the out-of-town site (S1) would probably offer more advantages.

　　The number of university students in many countries is booming, including developing and developed nations, therefore, it has led to a heated discussion on whether it is beneficial to the whole society or it may give rise to a tough youth joblessness problem. Before rendering my viewpoint, I tend to analyze the both sides.

　　Numerous youngsters leaving school to hunt jobs inevitably may bring more intensifying competition and greater working pressure. According to a Chinese government report, the number of graduates from colleges and universities is predicted to reach more than 8 million in China in 2020. It means those young people who desire to hunt a decent job in the big cities need to fight with more competitors for one position, and those failing to be employed are likely to live off their parents, thus becoming Neets group. In this case, the more graduates, the severer competition and heavier burden.

　　However, due to the fact that youngsters are professional, creative and passionate, they can contribute more to the country. For one thing, with the profound and systematic leaning in schools, they will be capable of working in the right position and bringing their talents into full play. For another, with creative ideas, they are the mainstream of the society to boost the advancement of science and technology. For example, more cultivated fresh graduates are being hired in the IT industry, engineering and some relative fields.

　　In conclusion, I believe that talents can be the super power of the country. Nonetheless, the problems graduates encounter in job hunting deserve practically more attention from the college board and the government. It is suggested that the teenagers should set up reasonable goals in accordance with their ability and avoid becoming the people who are with high marks and poor ability.
