Task 1
参考范文:

The bar chart given reveals some striking similarities and differences in the expenditures on health in Japan, Italy, France, Germany and USA in 2002.
It is evident that USA spent the most on health, whose total spending took up 12% of its GDP, and it was the only country where more expenditure to private (9%) than to public health was paid.
In the same year, although Germany and France had the least private health spending (only 2%) compared to other countries, their total allocation to health ranked the second and the third.
Also noteworthy is an interesting fact that the percentages of money to public and private health equaled at 4% and 3% respectively in Japan and Italy. However, Japan’s total spending on health just reached some 5% of the GDP, which was the lowest in the five countries.
Overall, USA valued the health issue more highly than other nations, especially in private health, whereas the rest four countries distributed more to public health.

参考范文:
It is indisputable that our young generation has much more opportunities to do whatever they want nowadays.Yet, there remains disagreement as to whether the overall effect of this trend has been positive or negative. While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary, I personally argue that the benefits of it far outweigh its drawbacks.
Most significantly, it is true that creativity comes from imagination, a thing often deriving from free minds, which should be cultivated carefully from early childhood. We all know that creativity is the fundamental driving force of a society, because it could only be liberated when there were no limitation in people’s mind and this can be comprehensively illustrated by our current world, which is advancing at an incredible speed. Thus, we have to offer more freedom rather than more rules to our children in order to protect the tiny spark of imagination, which is easily put out by too much discipline at our early age. Or, it would be extremely possible for a country to re-enter the Dark Ages in case that the whole society commonly valued strict rules more highly.
Another facet, however, to support my view is that more freedom does not mean no limit at all. It is unquestioned that giving freedom to excess can generate some risk of going astray unconsciously then being detrimental to a community at large, so it is necessary for parents and schools to provide reasonable guidance or instruction and instill common values of a society that are respected by most social members in the course of preserving young kids’ free spirit. In this way, those astounding ideas or thinking from them will greatly benefit to instead of posing threats to public or a country.
By way of conclusion, what I have to point out again is that inspite of the downsides which may occur when too much freedom and no proper education and discipline are given, children should enjoy more free time and choices from their early years for the sake of a vibrantly developing society.
