　　Sample answer:

　　I prefer to be the leader in a group, because I think being a leader can help me develop my leadership. As a leader, I need to arrange all the matters and tasks of all the team members, like giving them assignments and make sure everything go on well. Besides, I need to supervise my team members, find out problems and help them correct mistakes. When I distribute assignments to my group members, I need to spend time supervising them to finish tasks on time. If they have any difficulties, I should offer help and give them proper advices. So that’s why I think being a leader can cultivate my leadership.
