　　计划当然是很重要的，并且是绝对必要的，好的计划就是成功的开始，在这里我们可以给出一个假设，如果不计划，就会怎么怎么样，这也是我们扩展的一种方式。

　　In China, we have this expression “To fail to plan is to plan to fail”. In other words, you have to know roughly at least what you're going to do in the future. If you don't know what you're going to do, how can you make the right decisions now to make sure that you can do it. Planning is a series of decisions, and so you have to know exactly what decisions and choices you're going to make in order to achieve the thing that you want to achieve. So, planning is not just important, it is indispensable (绝对必要的).

　　2.Do some people often change their plans?

　　有些人一直改变计划是因为不够果断，无法下定决心，意志力薄弱;而也有时候是因为需要改变计划去适应事情的变化，很多事情都不会按照计划发生。

　　Yes, some people are just more decisive(果断) than others. Some personalities are very weak when it comes to making decisions, so they may change their plans from time to time. On the other hand, there are some people who are perhaps too decisive. Maybe they make plans too quickly and don't think enough about what's involved in the planning. However, sometimes changes are unavoidable for everybody, coz things do not always go as planned.

　　3.What are the common reasons why people need to change plans?

　　我们可以把这个分成主观原因和客观原因，然后举一个具体的例子(举例作为一种扩展方式)进行扩展，比如出去旅游，突然不想去了，主观原因和客观原因可能是什么。

　　Well, subjective reasons and objective reasons. For the former one, maybe you cancelled your travel plan just because you suddenly feel tired and lose interest. Or objective reasons, for example, because the fight is cancelled due to the bad weather or something else.

　　4.Would you let people know if your plans changed?

　　分类也是p3常常会用到的思路，也分成两类：如果是和别人无关的计划，那么我们就不会告知别人;如果是和别人有关的，那我们可以通过电话，微信等方式尽快让对方知道。

　　Well, if the plan is just about me alone, I don’t need to tell others, for example, I go travelling alone, it’s unnecessary for me to tell others my flight is put off or cancelled. But if it will influence others, I am sure I will let them know several days right after I really change my mind by making a phone call or sending messages via WeChat. I believe it is a way to show respect for others and they can rearrange their plan.
