　　The ongoing technological progress in modem transportation and telecommunication is the major external factor contributing to this phenomenon. The wide application of airplanes, light trains and coaches, for example, makes the days when people were stuck in their hometown and engaged in similar work for a whole life become history. Likewise, long-distance communication technology, such as emails and video conferences, free working persons from a fixed workplace. Since neither the working location nor the career is confined within limited proximity, whenever prosperous opportunities emerge, applying for a job in another city or country is a feasible option now.

　　In terms of the internal stimulus to this trend, the desire for better positions is gradually altering people's attitudes towards job stability and even loyalty to their current employers. Long service for a return of a stable income, for instance, is less like to be the top priority when the basic physiological needs, like food and accommodation, are satisfied by the growing productivity. Instead, many young professionals' occupational emphasis is shifting towards various forms of job satisfaction, ranging from tangible ones, such as a comfortable work environment, to intangible ones, like job enrichment and responsibilities, with an aim to realize their self-esteem with recognized achievements. All of these are catalysts to tempt job holders to keep an eye on the availability of more rewarding chances in the labour market to fulfill their ambition in material and spiritual lives.

　　As a human resource expert with over-l5-year substantial global relevant experience, I am convinced that exceptional flexibility, strong adaptation, and cross-field versatility are the three key elements favored by most international corporations to their decision on choosing competent candidates. In order to achieve that, the young generation should firstly shape an awareness of constant learning. Charging rapidly with countless uncertainties and fierce competitions, the present labour requirements are too dynamic for anyone to predict Having a will to study and upgrade continuously, thus, could be an effective way for individuals to fit into new positions with standard performance in accordance with the job responsibilities. In addition, having a good command of a wide range of general knowledge plays a crucial role in people's career development Cross-industry understanding, for example, could be a foundation to a person's quick response to any unexpected crises or new tasks arising at work, while the expansion and maintenance of positive interpersonal relationship with colleagues, supervisors, and clients might be inextricably linked to one's broad cognition of the world.

　　Since the dawn of human civilization, endless wars have been plaguing the world continually. As a result, the quest for promoting an ideal society with an optimal inhabiting environment for mankind has never ceased. Although the answer to this long-existing issue varies from person to person and from country to country, in my opinion, to reduce conflicts and preserve peace is the key.

　　Conflicts endanger social stability, let alone all kinds of ordinary social activities and life quality. Long-lasting misunderstanding between Christians and Muslims due to their religious differences was not only responsible for the turmoil for nearly two centuries across the Middle East and European continent but is still triggering countless terrorist attacks worldwide today; driven by national interests for diverse resources and even dictators' personal ambitions, the World War One and Two resulted in a massive casualty around the world and left unforgettable trauma to humanity, to name but two. Influenced by these tragedies, civilians are living under tremendous terrors and uncertainties regarding their personal safety, while countries may suffer social retrogression owing to the brunt to all industries. When individual and social routines cannot be carried out as usual, how can a worry-free society prompted by sustainable social progress in economy, technology, and so forth be ensured?

　　To minimize the conflicts between countries, regions, and parties require global collaborations in ameliorating diverse current circumstances, International treaties agreed upon and signed by all or most entities for preserving a peaceful environment is a necessary commencement. The obligations to them may impose restrains on human impulse and aggression and meanwhile, facilitate open conversations between political leaders for cooperation and clear cultural differences. Upon them, a healthy national and global economy is the cornerstone of narrowing the gap between rich and poor areas and thus, killing the culprit driven by seizing financial natural resources. To achieve this, for one various forms of international aids, ranging from financial support and donations to technological support in science, education, constructions, and medical systems, can be an effective approach to better the situations in impoverished countries and hence, lower the chances of survival-related unrest; for another, international trades not only help boosting global prosperity but also create myriad opportunities for ordinary civilians from different ethnic groups to interact and form in-depth understanding about each other.

　　All in all, to create a peaceful and harmonious living environment is the ultimate dream for the entire human race. The realization of this common goal relies on the joint-effort in reducing various conflicts originating from cultural and economic differences across continents.
