　　Body(其中两条线为例)

　　The incidence of robbery has been(用现在完成时描述从过去到现在) stable within a range of 500 to 900 cases per year, and this stability(用表述趋势或者格局的词作主语)is forecast to(对于将来的预测，不要用will，因为will表示的事件发生的可能性过高，超过了能被预测的可能性) remain in the future few years.

　　如果句型套用上一条线的句型：

　　The incidence of burglary has since a growth to the peak (3,800 cases)(介词短语作为副词词性的短语，可以放在have/has和done之间) fallen to thehistorical low (1,200 cases). According to the projection (如果有这个说法在先，后面就可以用will) , the situation will not have further improvement (“情况不会进一步改善”，避免机械描述成“数值不会进一步下降”) , and the annual number will stabilize at roughly 1,400.
