However, with the public transit upgraded, the journey from city centers to suburban regions, in effect, will not render travelers drowsy. Additionally, since governments highly publicizethe urban-to-rural shift, it makes proper sense that they will allot more budgets to optimizethe rural conditions, which indicates the economic dilemma in which corporations are trapped is merely temporary. 55

　　As a matter of fact, the implementation of such policy is advantageous to improving urban environment and achieving a balanced economy. à More precisely, with the traffic flow controlled to a reasonable level and people flooding into remote areas, the tension of air pollution and traffic congestion can be alleviated. Meanwhile, millions of tower buildings are vacated, which lightensthe burden on city-dwellers’ accommodation. / Secondly, since the regional areas are often less-developed, redistributing the organizations helps create countless job opportunities for those inhabitants whose survival is no longersubject to agriculture, raising livestock, or forestry. This action simultaneously offers a buffer for cities to reinvigorate.

　　At this point, the conclusion is quite crystal-clear. Despite the few risks, which can be well addressed, the policy exerts a far-reaching influence on the greater benefits of both human beings and nature.
