　　A luxury item I’d like to own in the future is an expensive smartphone. Most people probably don’t think of smartphones when they hear about luxury items, but to me, the best smartphones are a type of luxury item because they’re so expensive.

　　As for what they look like, well, expensive smartphones look different from each other, but they all share some similarities. For example, they all have big cameras with multiple lenses, and they all have nice looking phone cases. Otherwise, they look similar to normal smartphones. In other words, they’re hand-sized and come in various colours.

　　Anyway, I would like to own an expensive smartphone because they have lots of useful features. For example, the other day I saw an advertisement for one of the newest smartphones. It showcased a 4k camera, a waterproof case, and an advanced AI technology that protects your privacy by stopping apps from secretly tracing you. Also, I think it’s about time I replaced my phone because it’s getting old. I need my phone to be fast since I use it every day for things like ordering food, riding public transport, and getting taxis. I use Alipay the most because it helps me pay for things, which is important since no one uses cash anymore. But because my phone is slow, it takes some time for the app to load. An expensive smartphone would fix this problem.

　　And finally, I do think I will end up owning an expensive smartphone someday. Even though it will cost a lot, I should be able to eventually save up enough money to buy it. And I think it’ll be worth the price.
