　　A technology that I decided to stop using is a food delivery app.

　　I got the app by downloading it from an app store on my phone. The app was first created about seven years ago but became really popular in the last few years, which is when I started to use it. The way the app works is that you browse through a bunch of different restaurants and choose the dishes you want to order. Then, you just pay online and wait for the food to arrive, which usually takes about half an hour to an hour.

　　Anyway, I started using the app because it’s convenient and it saves me time. If I eat out at restaurants, I have to travel there, then maybe wait for a seat, then wait for my food. It’s not as comfortable as waiting from home. And, compared to cooking, it saves you time because you don’t have to buy ingredients, cook, and then wash the dishes. Also, there’s a ton of different restaurants that you can choose from, so you can get almost anything you want. I’ve discovered lots of new restaurants through the app.

　　So, I decided to stop using the app because I found myself using it too often, which is not a good thing. Ordering food can be expensive compared to cooking, and the food you get is often unhealthy and can even give you food poisoning.

　　I feel good about this decision because now I’m eating healthier and I’m saving money. Sure, it’s not as convenient, and it’ll take me some time to adjust, but I think it’ll be worth it in the long run.
