　　11. Large companies will be faced with bankrupt if strict laws are being carried out , which exerts negative influence on economic development and even disturbs the daily life of the public .

　　12. Generally speaking , large companies contribute a lot to the economy , thus , they are supposed to be supported by governments about new energy research .
